Join those from Seattle, California, Denver, Boston and other areas who have already been introduced to the "Village" through Mike Kent and are now delighted property owners, only wishing they'd have discovered it even earlier. Resort Semiahmoo and Loomis Trail are only minutes away with 2 of the finest Golf Courses in North America. We are located in a rain shadow that results in many more hours of sunshine and far less rain than even nearby Bellingham. Low tide in summer exposes hundreds of acres of sandbars and tidal pools, offering a vast playground for digging shellfish, kite flying, beachcombing or dipping for fresh Dungenous crab. Recreational activites abound throughout the bay and primary shopping can be found in neighboring Blaine, Lynden or Ferndale.
